Sometimes you need to put a new field between existing columns. To assist with this task we provide four functions. Here we will document how to use the Move Left and Move Right functions. The Insert Before and Insert After functions work in a similar way.
To move a column we start by selecting a column to move. In this example we will move the "Item No." field one column to the left (i.e. before Item Description in the image above).
Click the assist edit button (the column turns red).
Next click Move Left
Notice the item number field is now in column "A" and item description is in column "B". You can repeat this process for each column that you need to move.
